shake it, baby!
This is one of the funnier things Z-ford does when she gets sleepy. :) Langston & I laughed so hard at her doing this just before nap a few days ago. It was even funnier that she'd repeat it if we said, "Do it again." Now all we have to do is say, "do it again" and she does it. Smart cookie.

that is so funny! colton shakes his head like that too when he gets sleepy, but he won't do it on demand like zora will!
